Francis Stickle: health-related? That would have to be power. Flexibility is very important with avoiding injuries. Body composition is the most obvious, fat people generally aren't physically fit (remarkably few exeptions). Cardiovascular is probably the most important, preventing heart attacks and what-not. But power is just a bonus. Actually, being physically strong is directly related to bone density, so I'd say there are are health-related components of physical fitness.
Floy Fague: I'll take a stab at this and say "flexibility".My husband is very fit, an extremely fast runner... but has very tight and or short hamstring and leg muscles making him extremely unflexible. So the flexibility or lack of it in his case is not detracting from his physical fitness at all.
