Dental: Tooth implants?

Dental: Tooth implants?

answers 0:So I'm getting two implants done tomorrow on the bottom of my mouth (two teeth from the back going forward, both sides). I didn't have any adult teeth underneath them, and to avoid complications later in life I had the two baby teeth removed. How long is the procedure? What is a temporary crown and how long will I have it? Is it painful? I'm going to a very good oral surgeon so I'm not worried about anything going wrong.Any comments would be very helpful! Thanks!...Show moreanswers 1:The entire treatment procedure depends upon the patient-related and procedure-dependent parameters. Dental implant is not painful like other oral surgery. Your dentist will use a local anesthetic or sedative in most cases. You will experience minimum swelling and soreness, but that can be taken care of with the prescribed medicines by the dentist. You will be surprised at how little pain that you migh! t feel and how quickly you recover. You can return to your work and normal routine activities within 2-3 days....answers 2:You don't need to worry about pain since you said you will go to a very good oral surgeon. But sometimes bad things happen based on occasional issue. Many people have a uncommon oral structure, so when they went to any oral doctor, they has to take care through the special care. Naturally I hope you will not face any trouble. Wish you a very good luck.
