Darwin Ecton: Look in device manager (right click my computer and go to Manage).Right click on the very top listing which should be your computer name and select 'Scan for hardware changes'. Look for the new device (your webcam) or look for something with a yellow exclamation mark that seems like it might be the webcam. If it's yellow, you need to right click it and load the driver for it.
