Douglass Sarley: If they hit you, it was their fault! Duh! You really messed up by not calling the cops. Now you have no police report, and no way to prove anything. Get a lawyer ASAP.

Morris Cuomo: I was waiting (yellow grid area ) to make the U turn. As I said, my car has about a foot out of the yellow area. and I the truck hit my right hand side bumper. about half foot deep.If I could attach any pictur! e here about the place accident happened, that will be easier to determine.I will call my insurance company tomorrow morning.The guy from other car asked me to go home to calm down first then call my insurance. Jefferson Sarson: Did they hit you from behind? It's always the other persons fault if they hit you from behind. As for the yellow line thing, was your blinker on? If it was then you were yielding traffic and not moving. I see no fault
