Antonia Quinnett: A few cookbooks I would recommend and you should be able to find at your local library...(Sichuan Cooking) Land of Plenty by Fushcia Dunlop and (Hunan Cooking) Revolutionary Chinese Cuisine by Fushcia Dunlop. The recipes are authentic since she studied in China.
