Gus Leiby: Why such a large board? For a prototype, it is perfectly acceptable to make your own board. Smaller board prototypes generally cost about $47 to $50 to make by a game manufacturer. I recomment you print the board on a large format printer, then take it somewhere to have it laminated. Then using some spray adhesive, attach it to a playing surface such as a piece of vinyl, a very smooth piece of luaan plywood or something similar.
