Bob Pucella: usually references are anyone you are not related to...try to pick some professional people, i.e a friend who may own his own business or a past teacher etc...and make sure they know and agree to be references

Randolph Lozoya: Yes. They aren't too much of competitors really, walmart offers a lot more for less, and target offers alot more stylish items that walmart doesnt have. And you need to be honest with them about having a second job so you can work around each schedule.
